Privacy policy
Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your order, we never touch your marketplace accounts, and we delete your listing data on request.
What we collect
- The listing text you paste into the intake form (titles, tags, descriptions, prices).
- Your email address, if you provide it, solely to send your report link.
- Payment metadata from Stripe (session id, product, amount). Card details never touch our servers — Stripe processes payments.
- For Teardown99: the page URL you submit, which is fetched once and analyzed.
What we never do
- Ask for or accept your Etsy, Amazon, Shopify or any marketplace password.
- Sell, share or syndicate your listing content.
- Use your listings in marketing without explicit written permission (sample reports are anonymized or invented).
Retention & deletion
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting. Listing content and reports are kept while your order is active; email us from your order address and we delete your listing data and report within 72 hours.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Contact: the email on your Stripe receipt — it reaches us directly.
